rclone-archive is a Google OAuth client used only by its developer, the owner of this GitHub account, with the open-source tool rclone. It is used to archive the developer's research data from computing clusters to the developer's own Google Drive accounts and to read that data back. It is not offered to anyone else.
When the developer runs rclone, it accesses files and file metadata (names, sizes, checksums, folder structure) in the developer's own Google Drive accounts, using the Google Drive API scope the developer granted. It does not access any other Google data and does not access other people's accounts.
The data is used only to upload, list, verify, download and delete the developer's own archived files at the developer's request. It is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling or any other purpose.
There is no server. The OAuth tokens are stored only in rclone's configuration files on the developer's own computers. No Google user data is sent to the developer by any other route, sold, or shared with third parties; data moves only between the developer's computers and Google.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
